Corporate feature add in Ixigo flight booking app.
Problem Statement
I found this is difficult to book ixigo corporate flight tickets for travel to any destination. It is a lengthy process for most people to book a corporate flight. After taking insight from the app audience to add a corporate flight feature. The main agenda is to make the experience more convenient and user-friendly for users to book corporate tickets easily from ixigo.
Possible solution
I have come across with whole flow and done all research which is needed to create a possible solution for corporate flight bookings. I have focused mainly on collecting data, analysing it, and taking inspiration from recent web apps. I did empathy mapping to find the pain points. Mainly research on the flow to find the batter way that helps us to create a better ixigo group bookings flight flow that saves time of the users and make the usability better, also make the user experience good.
